Christmas.

I am looking forward to getting my presents at christmas.

I can’t wait to eat all the different foods in christmars.

Last week.

Last week on Monday Mr S class went to aur school swiming pool. In the pool was cool because we played games. The game was called catch the ball it was fun.

 My math whizz was the same when I clicked onto it,it came on again,I don't know why it was doing that. So I went to the replay.

Kawau Island

I can't wait to go to Kawau island next year. Because I like to do Kayak around the beach
with my friends.
I think abseiling is scary very high. It is hard to go from home for four days.
To get to Kawau island you have to bus up north then you have to get of the bus and in to the ferry.  

Fish Kite

1. First you have to color the paper and in any color you want.

2. Then you fold it put the string in side.

3. Roold the paper to a o shap.

4.Then you put the eyes and the gills.

5. then you tie the string to the stick.

The bush

I was going for a walk in the bush when I was walking I saw people running with there dogs. It started spit so I ran under the  bush and every time I see mens running with there dogs. They all way say hello and I say hello back to them. the rane had stop so I ran so fast back home.

My weekend.

In the weekend me and my mum went to Packin save and we bought heaps of lollies. After that we went home and we started to make it like a lollies  necklace.  We had to put the lollies in to the wrapper we had to roll the wrapper with the lollies after that where  finish doing the lollies. so I went in to bed and I slept around 8:00pm. In the morning I had corn flak for breakfast and I came to school at 9:48.

robbery

In the morning at 8:30 AM I went to the pt enland  shop to buy me my lunch. I went back out I saw a robber out side the shop with his van still on. I was blocked off finally the cops came and took him in to the polic stayshin. He had to stay there for two years and when I got back home my mum ask 'where have you been?'

The Little Red Bus

The children were on there way back home In the red school bus. On the way back home the bus broke down so  the mothers and fathers had to pic them up from the road. The next day the tow truck  came and towed the red bus when the tow came the children went past the  in a new yellow bus and saw it get towed. Mr Biggs talk the bus to the garage he went home on it and he made a caravan. The Biggs family put a sink in to it and a cupboards and beds. They put a new tyre and they put a new red paint to it after that they went on a happy holiday.

My spider story

This morning room 17 were talking about white tail spiders. White tail spider bites with there fangs and leaves red mark that can cause swelling. They only bite when there squashed or when there hungry. Most girls screams when they see it or when they feel it.White tail spiders are very hairy and they use there palps grooming and tasting.    

My weekend.

In the weekend I went to my cousin house in Panmure and we made a hungi. In the first tray we put in taro,potatoes and pumpkins. The second tray we put pork,kumara and chicken. We then started covering it up with taro leaves then we placed all of the rocks on top of it and around it, everything was ready its going to take four to five hours to cook. 


While we were waiting,some of us played touch and the others went inside the house to watch a movie called, The Last Airbender. I couldn’t wait for the hungi to be ready,I was starving! It was time to take the hungi out,we got everything ready and set up the tables,finally it was time to eat,the hungi was worth the wait!

My weekend.

In the weekend I went with my parents and my sister to buy  Manukau City where we brought her dress,her dress looked creamy with diamonds on it,she loved it. Then we went to buy her shoes at number one warehouse to suit her dress,it was a long day and I couldn’t wait to get home because i was tired.

In the weekend I went watch my cousin rugby game. He played his game at Dunkirk. His team won their game. We had fish & chips.

Blackbird's.

1. There were four speckled eggs in the blackbird's

2. The mother is siting on the speckled eggs in the nest.

3. When the eggs are hatch,the bare babies were sleeping.

4. The blackbird's are feeding the babies worms.

5. The four babies in the nest are singing.

6. The babies grew up,and one flew away.

7. The nest is empty,all the babies are gone. nest.

Waiwera springs

In the holidays I went with my Mum and Dad to the waiwera pools,first I had to get changed then after that my Mum said go for a swim. I went on the hydro slide,I had to get in a yellow rubber tyre, I went zig zaging in the slide. I went so fast it was so scary when I came out,I crashed hard into the water. I got out and didn't go back on the slide again.

Maui and the sun.

Maui said to his brothers lets go fishing, but don't do anything stupid this time.  Maui said to his  brothers, that sun is  lazy all he does is go fast across the sky so he can go back to bed.  Maui said  let's make a net to slow the sun down. So they made it and when the sun came out they threw the net over it then Maui hit him with his special weapon. The sun promised to go slowly across the sky. Maui said to the sun you better keep your promise. I still have my net and my weapon if you don't. Maui and his went fishing in the boat and they could stay out longer.

The Hare and the Tortoise

 The hare says he is the fastest animal, so he challenges the other animals to a race.

The tortoise hears the hare boasting and asks if he can race him.

Everyone thinks that the tortoise is going to lose.

The race begins. The hare makes a good start and he is far ahead of the tortoise. He looks behind him and he couldn't see the tortoise for miles, so he decides to have a sleep.

When he wakes, he sees tortoise in front of him about to win the race!

The hare tries to catch up but the tortoise is too far ahead.

The moral of the story is 'slow and steady wins the race'.

Plaits

I have made a four plait out of strips of paper.It is called weaving. I cut the paper out then I had to start weaving. We had to follow the instructions from the paper. I thought it was confusing.

Riding my bike.

In the weekend I was riding my bike down the road. I went to my Nana's house. When I got there I was very thirsty. Nana gave me a big drink of juice. When I finished my drink my brother said I had to go home.

Nana's Birthday.

My nanas birthday is on the same day  as the Queens. We had a big party on Monday night. We also had a big feed. Some of the food we had was chop suey, chicken and pork. I was very full.

In the morning the pukeko walked to the pond,slashes around to wash her feathers.

Swimming

 Room 17 went to the pools, when we got there we had to go and get changed.

  We had to wait for the girl to put us into groups.

 They gave us instructions on how to use a kick board. They told us how to hold our breath under water.

Sunflowers

Van Gogh painted the sun flower picture because he felt happy. He was going to put it in the yellow room where his friend was going to stay. His painting was big bumpy strokes.

Frogs

Frogs have got big eyes. They have got sticky tongues. 

Baby frogs looks like eyeballs, they look like baby sting-rays.

Frogs eat water fleas and catch mosquitoes.

Apple

The appel is round with red and green spots. It smell juicy and sweet. And tasted like appel juice and it was sour.It made a popping sound in my mouth. It was very easy to bite.

My Weekend

On Friday I went to the poly fest to the Togan stage. It was very cool but I got tired of watching, then I  went and bought myself a drink and a pie. After that I went back to watch the rest of the show, the best group  was Wesley collage.

The School Picnic

On Friday our school went to the reserve. We swam and played sports. I swam with my friends in the water.

my Holiday

In the Holidays I went to Mission bay with my Dad and my mum and my big  sister. We went and playd on the Fountain and then we ran in the watre it was very cold.
